Horrible! The owner was rude, disrespectful and completely degrading. Do NOT give these people your business!
On behalf of a family member: “I picked up a carry out order last night from Rib and Loin and I never have been so disappointed in a meal. Ordered 2 chicken stuffed baked potatoes-chicken was GROUND not pulled, smoked chicken. Potatoes were not fresh baked. When I called, both store manager and district manager were rude - the district mgr told me "if I were a responsible adult I would have checked my order" before driving off. I can see why they had almost no business!”
Fast service, good food!!
I purchased a baked potato from the Hixson location. I was over charged for the item $12 for a $8 meal. after calling them to let them know i was over charged the manager was very rude.... terrible costumer service. I would have given a bigger tip if it wasn't just take. But the attitude was worse than the service. I will think twice before going back here.
