Rib-It-Up is THE best BBQ Restaurant I have ever had the sheer pleasure of eating at. It's a small hometown place but the food is OUT OF THIS WORLD!! I spent a few months in Birmingham a while back and a wonderful local friend there introduced us to this place. We continued to go back again and again! Everything we ordered was FANTASTIC!! TENDER AND JUICY Best Ribs in the South. The only place I buy my ribs from. Oh, don't forget the chicken wings and pork chops is the bomb!! I also love the down-homed cooked side orders.
Best Ribs! – Deelish! The ribs and the turnip greens made me think of home. I am veeeerrry picks about my soul food and BBQ. But this place ribs & soul food was sooooo goood. I ordered a $7.99 rib tip plate, with choice of 2 sides. First, off it was enough for 3 people. They are not stingy with the servings. 1-Thomase Very good BBQ especially the riblets. I actually go there though for the whiting fish sandwich which is delicious. All the sides I have tasted ie. collard greens,mac and cheese,potato salad, are all good.
