The food is not very consistent. Been there about 4 times now. The broccoli Alfredo is dry and tasteless. Sliders are way over done, steak was plain and tough. They have a nice bar area for football and drinks. The service they are working on. Slow and not so friendly staff. Would I go back? probably for drinks
Visited there back in mid October on a Sunday night. We had an excellent steak dinner and our waitress was awesome. Can not remember her name but she also works as a columnist at the local military paper. Thanks for the nice service and a great end to our first visit to a welcoming Wyoming. Vienna, VA

Best steak I've ever had!
FIRST TIME: called in reservation for large party – parents' 51st anniversary – manager took the call and asked all the right questions. Hand-signed card on the table when we arrived – nice touch. Today was my first time trying any of the WY Chop House locations. It was decidedly awkward. I ordered the pork chop sandwich for lunch and the waitress asked how I'd like the pork cooked, as in, cooked temperature. I clarified this with her because being offered undercooked pork is as shocking to me as being offered undercooked chicken. Do you really serve undercooked pork?
