Rude front of the house staff. Got an attitude when checking in, got hung up on 2x’s by the same lady when I was reporting I had no hot water. Then she denied hanging up on me. I was there a month ago and my friend wrote a bad review, it is no longer on the page. It’s weird I could only see 5 people would recommend this huge hotel that has thousands of guests a year. It makes me wonder how many were bad and if they were deleted like my friends. Hopefully someone gets to read this other than their editing staff.
Great spa with wonderful services. The entire staff is amazing - and Justine D. is an incredible Esthetician. The Spa is a perfect place of a quiet, refreshing, incredible and pampering get away. Highly recommend! :)
Best place for entertainment, best buffet and very clean, friendly staff and well maintained. Other casinos in Iowa do not even compare.
Casino was great the rooms were nice except I had a horrid mattress! We ate the breakfast buffet which was very good!
