Matt and Dan always do a great job at fixing our machines to keep us up and running.
We got a new computer at St. Stephens UCC and that changed up everything with how the print commands were recognized (or not) by the printer. We were soooo frustrated. We had a technician come out to assist, and while it wasn't easy ... our computer is a new Mac with the latest operating system and the drivers that were supposed to work with that were not working ... the technician tried everything in his power and then made phone calls and persisted in working on our problem until it was RESOLVED!
