GOOD SERVICE We have been dealing with Rhyme commercially for about 6-7 years. They have supplied us with fax machines and copiers. They are always willing to work with us within our budget to provide the machine that will suit our needs at the least amount budget. They don't undersell, but they also don't oversell. Had an issue with a copier in early January 2019. Rhyme in Janesville quickly sent a technician our way, he was great! He explained what was wrong with the machine in a practical, non-condescending way. The dispatcher was great, too--she understood that a school without a copier is a bad thing, and made it a priority to get us a technician quickly. Thanks!

Our service is wonderful in general- and if Matt is the tech who comes- I am confident he will find the issue as he knows what the problem is by description and sounds the machine is making. Definitely a keeper!!!
The company has amazing employees like Bill and Mark that work fast, always respectful and truly helpful/knowledgeable enough to answer any question that may come to mind. Thats truly a blessing when you work in the financial field or any workplace for that matter. USE THEM IF YOU DON'T ALREADY!!
If you make a service request, Rhyme gets here as soon as they can. Rich is usually our repairman. He's quick and efficient and always solves our problem. When the teachers are needing to make copies, we need the machine to work! Thanks for keeping us up and running!
