Dr. Rhonda Jane Smalls is very professional along with her entire team. She made me feel very comfortable and took time explaining everything to me. She's very knowledgeable and experienced. I was very pleased with her and highly recommend her, thank you Dr. Smalls.
Some back story: I had a wanted pregnancy several years ago (name picked out and everything) we found out late in the pregnancy that the baby had severe spina bifida and we made the difficult decision to terminate at 26 weeks. Takes forever to be seen by this doctor. I had to wait at least 30 min to 1 hour for each appointment. Only doctor that has been taking so long for each appointment. The actual visit with her takes 5 min or less. I do not recommend her.
Always late for her patient’s appointments, when I asked to speak with her, she is never available. Can’t email my medical records to me and doesn’t really care about her patients it seems like.
