DO NOT RENT HERE! Bugs everywhere! Roaches, Bed Bugs, Ants and gnats... You can find these lovely things in the halls, units, laundry room, parking garage, front entrance and garbage shoots. We had our unit treated roughly every 3-4 months and it did nothing. We were constantly finding bugs and using our own money on preventions. Mondays are "bug preventions days". Every Monday pest control comes to "treat" units. If Monday's don't work for you, good luck trying to get them to come any other day of the week. Water gets shut ... read more
ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. AVOID THIS BUILDING. Stayed here two years and left to pay even more somewhere else because the bug problem was unbearable. You'll find roaches and ants throughout the building, in the gym, laundry room, the units, the halls. At no point were we not dealing with bugs, and the worst of all were the bed bugs. We had to have our unit "treated" almost every three months because of bed bugs.
