This review has been a long time coming, for sure. In 1996, I was young and pregnant. I remember how scared I was and Dr. LaStrap did nothing to calm those fears. I remember feeling dismissed and punished throughout my care. I developed gestational diabetes in the final trimester but there was no direction given about it- and I gained almost 70 pounds in the last two months. Dr. Lastrop is an incredible doctor! In all my years I've never had an obgyn that was so educational. During my visit she taught me things I didn't know were possible to learn, she listened to every concern, and even made things so personable. I left my visit feeling like I knew her as a person and not just a doctor. The entire staff were incredibly nice. I would recommend her to anyone.
I had my first visit with this practice 2 days ago, and I can say this was the nicest, sweetest, and most professional staff I’ve come across in my 52 years. I went in for hormone treatments, and was treated so well, I felt like I had known them for years. Not only the Dr , but the staff were also very informative regarding my condition. I would highly recommend this Dr to anyone who wants to be heard, and treated like a human being in their time of need. Absolutely wonderful experience- thank you!! Lisa Williams
