In August/September 2019 we purchased over $6,000 of flooring tile and over $1,000 of bathroom tile at your location Biloxi. These purchases were made through our contractor at the time, Greg Lyle of GL Construction. The workmanship of the floor tile installation was appalling. He ran out of tile for the last 30/40 sq. ft. , and the tile in that area of floor is a complete miss-match. According to Lyle this was a mistake generated from your shop. THE ONE STAR IS FOR THE sales person Dee Dee, SHE was perfect, everything after that was a complete disaster. The NEW carpet I ordered was "used" with old tac strips that had been removed, different dye lot numbers so the colors didn't match and the seems were so bad, my kids could have done a better job. Oh and when they offer "free" installation, find out what prison they are coming from and have security there on site! WHAT A NIGHTMARE!
I've been working with Niccole H. at Rhodes on the flooring for my new house. She is amazing! She has been very patient and has worked overtime in making sure my design ideas would come to fruition. What a joy to work with someone who cares about her customers!
