I'm so glad to see other people have had a Better experience with Rhode Island Row. Cause I did not I really truly felt discriminated against trust me . Final update, 2 years of living here: Accidental late fee when moving out! Our rent was prorated for the month we moved out because our lease ended mid-month. It was a battle getting them to prorate at all (ignored emails and phone calls down to the last day), but then after we paid… We got a notice for unpaid rent slapped on our door. Prospective renters should be aware of several ongoing issues with this building. • A bedbug infestation in my unit went unresolved and ignored for two months despite repeated attempts to reach out for assistance, during which I could not live in the apartment. I also had to pay for the treatment myself. • Roaches are present throughout the building, including in the gym, lobby, and hallways, suggesting a building-wide problem. • Appliances frequently broke or did not work properly. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Management is horrible and unprofessional! The apartment complex is old with mold and bugs everywhere. If you move here, make sure you have a lawyer ready to deal with management for everything. They will lie about money you owe and make you pay extra fees. Their polices are deceptive and they don’t make sense, they just want you to pay more money.
