Tyler Rhoads worked with us for several months as we discussed all the different options about selling, building, and/or buying. He was patient and knowledgeable. He ultimately ended up finding us a house almost like we were going to build! He then came to our house the evening before we departed for vacation, listed our house, and made an offer on a purchase. Before we got back from vacation we had an offer. We closed on the sale of our home relatively quickly and the purchase of our new home as well! Highly recommended !
