I have to say for my kids very first time at an orthodontist, they could not have been more excited. The staff was so very comforting and friendly. Especially Kirsten! She was great with my boys, Benjamin and Ryan. Dr. Rhoads was so informative and wonderful with the boys. My children went there nervous and hoping to not need braces, and left with one of them having braces and the other excited to need them in 4 months! �. I would absolutely recommend this practice!
When your ADD child needs braces and DR Rhoads gets them on in record time.... Awesome!!
As a specialist in health care myself, I look to find doctors and providers for my family that are truly experts in their field. Dr. Rhoads fit that description for me and my girls! And then, the icing on the cake, is that Dr. Rhoads and her team are of course WONDERFUL with the kids and having a really charming clinic. Top notch care, exceptional staff.....ummmmm, yeah, we can give that 5 stars! Thank you Dr. Rhoads and the clinic team!
This place is just wonderful. The staff are so so warm and inviting. Answered all my questions patiently and the Dr. called to check on my daughter when she got her new braces. This place has stellar customer service.
We have 2 children as patients of Dr. Rhodes and staff and feel this is the best orthodontic care that they could receive! We feel very comfortable and valued here. Both children need medically necessary orthodontic care and we are very happy with the care received by Dr. Rhodes and staff. I would give 10 stars if I could.
