the staff is over the top, as it starts with Dr Rhoads. My daughter went in for a consultation Monday ,we were back Wednesday morning for her braces. Every employee we worked with showed genuine care. To my surprise, Dr Rhoads personally called after hours to check on my daughter-.how long has it been since you heard of a Doctor calling just to check in on their patient. I took my son for a consult and could not be more pleased. Dr. Rhoads and her staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and my son left with phase 1 braces the same day as his consult because I felt so comfortable proceeding after our experience. My son might be the most excited kid who ever got braces! We are looking forward to our journey to a perfect smile with the help of Dr. Rhoads and her staff!
