Dr. Rhoads is a very professional, caring, exceptional specialist. Her staff are sincerely the nicest most helpful people. Dr. Rhoads is very dedicated to her patients. Our daughter recently got braces and we have been overwhelmed with the care, commitment and availability of Dr. Rhoads with her patients. It is truly the best place you could bring your children.
Our daughter was very hesitant about resuming her orthodontic treatment, until she met Dr. Rhoads at Cranberry Twp Community Days. She was put at ease, and decided to at least have a consultation. What a great office!!! We came in for a consultation and left with six braces. I knew it was the right place for us and I know we are in good hands!!!
After a couple opinions, we chose Dr. Rhoads. She & the staff are knowledgeable, kind and accommodating. All our questions were answered, we never felt rushed or pressured. I had a clear understanding of what we were doing and why upon leaving the office for the first time.
I have never seen an office where kids are not afraid to go in by themselves. It is a fun, relaxed atmosphere that puts the kids at ease while maintaining professionalism. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful in every way and they do their best to accommodate you! We love Dr. Rhoads and her staff.
Wonderful experience! My son was very nervous going in for his first braces, but was extremely happy and excited when we left. The staff continuously checked to make sure he was doing ok and explained everything that they were doing. Dr. Rhoads called us not long after we left to check up on him.
