Very good service. They run on time. Pleasant to work with and easy to make appointments. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
We recently moved to Olathe. I had a problem tooth that was bothering me. My hometown dentist recommended Dr. Nielson. Their website was very informative - they accepted my group insurance & were located close to work & our new home. When I called they were able to work me in the following morning. I was able to download & complete all the required paperwork at home before my appointment. Everyone was friendly & easy to work with. I'm returning next month for a crown.
I always appreciate the attention and great service given at every visit. Dr. Nielson and his team go above and beyond to make every visit comfortable and timely. The operate like one big family and make you feel a part of it.
Always friendly, thourough, and gentle
They had lots of cancelations due to weather. Called to see if I could come in earlier. Quickest filling ever had, not your typical type but was in and out so fast I didnt have to deal with bad weather drivers during rush hour! Appreciated that.

Excellent care with my teeth cleaning, with appropriate feedback on how well I've been brushing. Asking me questions about any sensitivity I have. Dr. Don Nielson telling me that I can call if and when I experience any problem with a tooth we're keeping an eye on. Very reassuring.
Great! Very friendly staff and they were so helpful with my baby girl who became fussy after sitting in her car seat for a bit!
Ashley cleaned my teeth for me, and we had a good visit while we waited for Dr. Don. Very pleased with her clean and check.
