I had a good experience on Wednesday from the front desk to checking out. Especially good check/cleaning from Connie with a lot of educational information to help me care for teeth/gums and why. THANK YOU! And Dr. Don is always friendly and helpful.

Yesterday marked the 2nd or 3rd time I've seen Ashley who stepped in Mary's position when she left. Ashley really listens to me as a patient. She has the heart of a teacher...every time I see her, she teaches me at least one new thing I can do to take better care of my teeth. This time, I walked away with 2 new tips. She is such a valuable asset to your team. She really makes me feel like we're working together as a team for the health of my teeth.

Quite honestly, Connie can make a stiff drink relax!!! Ha ha! She’s amazing and wonderful and makes you feel totally at ease when sitting in the chair. Just love her. So my review is 5-Star and I really appreciate her and everyone’s friendliness. Been seeing Dr. Don for 36 years now - don’t any of you go anywhere!!!
I was totally satisfied with my dental hygienist appointment with Ashley Thomas. She is friendly, gentle, professional, and extremely competent. I definitely will request her in the future and would recommend her to others without reservation. Dr. Don was and always is fun yet professional. Love your entire staff and appreciate all your reminders so there is no reason or excuse to ever miss an appointment.
I found everyone at Dr. Nielsen’s office to be courteous and professional. My thanks to all of you!
