I came in on July 3rd for my cleaning and check. My hygienist, I think it's Barbara?, was wonderful! I have had her before and she is amazing and so helpful and informative. Always love visiting with Dr. Don! (Dr. Hollie is great as well!) I can't imagine going anywhere else! Love, love, love this dental office! Front desk staff is awesome as well!
When I call the wonderful lady asked all the right questions. I explained it wasn’t immediate painful situation and could wait until the following week. When I arrived for appointment the Sam lady was so welcoming and signed me in. Then the hygienist come and walked me back for assessment. She was great assuring me that it should be non numbing event. Then Dr Don came in ... and took the necessary action to fill my tooth. Explaining EVERY step in his kind way. Don always has a polite staff and provides great dentistry. I had a problem that he identified and advised the perfect solution.
Most people dislike going to their dentist office. I love my dentists and all the people that work in the office. I have never had a bad experience and everyone is so pleasant and nice.
Had a great cleaning yesterday with Ashley H.. She was very thorough, took her time and answered all my questions. She was friendly but not too chatty. I hate when a hygienist asks too many questions and you can't answer. Ashley was perfect. Plan on seeing her in 6 months.
