I truly appreciate how everyone on staff had their masks on when I came into the office, and the waiting room chairs were moved to be 6 ft. Apart. Dr. Don Nielson has been my dentist for 35 years, and he has helped me keep my teeth or has aided me with dental crowns when it was necessary. I felt safe and cared for at my appointment. I and was given good advice about what needs to be done next with a dental problem.
As usual, Dr. Don and associate did a great job. Came out feeling a lot better than I expected.
I was a little concerned about seeing the dentist and dental hygienist due to the Coronavirus. The receptionist asked me many questions and took my temperature before I was admitted to the waiting room. The chairs were very far apart, and no magazines were around. Hand sanitizer was ready at every desk/area. The hygienist wore two nose & mouth masks, a plastic shield, covering over her clothes, and gloves. Have been going to NFD for at least 10 years. The staffs are very friendly. They always put the patients first. Had 2 times crown fell off (did those at other places maybe over 20 years ago). Called NFD and they always could schedule me in the next morning to fix it. Also really like their honesty about any dental work. They don’t screwed people up to ask unnecessary/extra treatments. Dr. Nielsen (?) (the old man) is a very nice and down to earth dentist! Definitely recommend this place.
As always, my experience with Nielson Family Dentistry was a delight. They should be the Gold Standard all other dental practices are compared to. Wish I had a toothache! LoL
There is such great and understanding staff. I was told what my issue was and what was needed .
As always, Dr. Don and the team was phenomenal! Thanks you for being open during quarantine to accommodate a broken tooth!
I really appreciate the text reminders and email confirmations. Of course, the care is excellent as well.
