Connie is great . Always talks to me while cleaning my teeth. Makes the time breaze by.
I was very happy with the dr. and finding out that I could get a crown, and not lose the tooth! Nielson Family Dentistry is very professional and a friendly place to get dental work.
I brought my elderly mother (83 years old) into see Dr. Holly thinking we would just go through the process of ordering new dentures, however Dr. Holly was able to examine my mother and suggested we take smaller steps before jumping into a new set of dentures. I really appreciate the time and patience shown to my mother, who is very hard of hearing and has dementia. I also appreciate the doctor being conservative in treating mother and not just wanting to sell her something that may really not be what she needs.
I called Thursday morning regarding a vague toothache, and initially it appeared the first opening to be seen would be on the following Monday. However, later that morning I was offered a Thursday afternoon appointment due to a cancellation. I appreciate your staff making the effort to follow up to have me seen as soon as possible. Dr. Don always listens to me about my concerns and then fixes my problem. Best dentist I have ever been to.
I lost the crown on my implant and was able to get right in to have it taken care of. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful
It is always a pleasure to go to the dentist! From the front desk, to Mary my dental hygenist and Dr. Nielson I experience friendly professionalism. The entire staff is so helpful and the office is relaxed and welcoming. I have complete faith that I will get the absolute best care as I always have for over a dozen years.

Love you guys! I have been going here since I was 12 and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you for providing excellent service. Only recommendation is the new X-rays are more uncomfortable than the old ones.
