Rhino Pest Control advertise pest control service in a misleading manner. They agree to provide service for the inside area of the property as needed without restrictions of when or how many times you needed. However, when you call to request service for a specific issue inside your house, they come back with a really bad attitude and they say that you are causing them to loose money and time having them come back to your house. Mrs. R******** is accustomed to telling service providers how to run there businesses and has no concept of what a true working relation ship with customer/ service provider is all about. Because of this Rhino waived the previous service charge and explained maybe one of the service providers would be a better fit for her and her family. Best of luck!
