I live in a town house that has four flights of stairs with light colored carpet. The stairs get a lot of traffic and we have a dog that brings in dirt and has puked all over the carpet numerous times. Rhino Cleaning & Restoration was able to get out all of the stains and the carpet looks like new. It is a completely different color now. I would highly recommend using them.

Not only did they call me right back but they also showed up on the very same day we called them. They also price matched other pros in the field and did a much more thorough job. Rhino Cleaning & Restoration was the crew that came out and they communicated very well what they were going to do from start to finish. We used Rhino Cleaning & Restoration recently for our 3 bed room house for cleaning our carpets. The cleaning result was beyond our expectations. I called and spoke to a very pleasant team member who scheduled a visit for a free estimate the next morning. Rhino Cleaning & Restoration came out to our house and was right on time. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They were also sensitive to the fact that we had to come out of pocket for the repairs as there was no insurance coverage. Their estimate was half the cost of the other company!
