Calling Rhino was one of the worst decisions I have made. We were victims of the October 2015 flood. I called at 9am and no one arrived until 7pm. The technician quoted me a price and promised certain services for that price. Throughout the following 3 days I talked to the owner and operations manager multiple times voicing my concerns with the lack of promised services. I cannot just pick one area I was most satisfied in because I was satisfied with everything that they did.
Amazing job! The crew was fast and did such a wonderful & detailed job. I don't think I've ever seen my house shine like this. They kept me informed, were on time, and worked fast and efficiently. My house was quite the mess too - so they had their work cut out for them! I keep walking around my house discovering all the new areas they managed to get clean.
Happy once again! They got out the pet odor and we have nice and clean carpets. Professional and courteous technician! Thank you for a job well done!
