Years of persistent spine agony. “Doctor” dismissed my symptoms and told me it’s all in my head. Refused to treat a treatable condition. Symptomatic degenerative disc disease is treatable with disc replacement. The Uneducated doctor denied facts backed by evidence, dismissed my symptoms and laughed at me while I was suffering in immense pain.
i missed appointments due to being in the hospital and and just being very sick they dropped me as a patient and i can’t be reinstated that’s no way to treat people.
Dr. Yu is amazing and really take the time to listen to patients. Both my daughters see her as well.

The doctors may be wonderful, but the staff is really poor. They do not communicate information correctly. I call to see if the office was accepting new patients and was told they were. Today they are not accepting new patients and are not communicating with the new patients they have discarded their referral. When I called today they could not give me any information on what they did with the referral. I had to ask 10 times to get an answer. Clearly the office staff lacks some training.
