I was lucky enough to cross paths with Jenna Norris NP after seeing two other providers. Jenna is so passionate, knowledge and most importantly empathetic. I'm living a medical nightmare and she has been my North Star. Sadly, it's unusual to find a provider that truly cares. But she does. Years of persistent spine agony. “Doctor” dismissed my symptoms and told me it’s all in my head. Refused to treat a treatable condition. Symptomatic degenerative disc disease is treatable with disc replacement. The Uneducated doctor denied facts backed by evidence, dismissed my symptoms and laughed at me while I was suffering in immense pain.
