I went today and it was a nightmare. Rather than go through the whole story, let me say that I was treated very badly from the get go and when I told Denise about it, she blew it all off. Then, she left the room and never came back. I still had medical things and questions that I needed to discuss. Instead, she sent a nurse in to give me prices of tests and get rid of me. Called several times and each time they tell me to call back finely I got someone and they said that they will let the doctor know. three days later and they finally told the doctor. My ear is swollen and I need medication. Ugh it really pisses me off that this is how they handle customers. I’ll just go to the Cleveland office there office isn’t nearly as nice but the employees or much nicer and more professional.
