Lack of communication. They make you go even though they aren't ready with MRIs. No called was given to me. And still was being charged even though I didn't even got a consultation.
Staff is friendly and courteous but when they moved on to a new system update my records were left behind in the old system. Had an 8 am appt but didn't get called till after 9 am. I understand this things happen so I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
The front office staff and therapy clerk are nice and the therapy people are outstanding. I also want to give out a big shoutout to Claudia from the billing department. Claudia explain what I didn’t understand with patience. 🤗 thank you so much.
fue mi primer vez y la recepcionista menciono que los servicios no se asían ahí hablé con mi doctor particular y se mencionó que ellos si tenían esos servicios y se le dió completamente la información para que pudrían Aser le la cita mi inconformidad con esta clínica es que deben estar más atentos sobres sus citas que realizan porque asen perder a sus pacientes su día su cita. respecto a la recepcionista debe de tener más entrenamiento a customer service
Doctors and therapy team are excellent. Thank you very much to the therapy team for being so professional and caring. My knee is so much better and pain free. Loved the way they are dedicated,, help each other and are united as a team ( as it should be). The waiting time for therapy was never more than five minutes. The waiting time for doctor visits were no different than waiting time periods for general doctor visits or eye doctors visits. Highly recommend.
