Very thorough, concise, and explains everything so well. I recommend Edgar to anyone looking to get a new CPR certification or renew their current licensure! He is obviously passionate about what he does and knows almost everything there is to know about CPR.
I would recommend this Basic Life Support course first among the others I've undergone. RGV CPR & First Aid is an excellently structured class with a confident instructor. I know I will be re-certifying under Edgar Urquiza again.
