I took my BLS course with Juan U. as my instructor. My experience with him and the company was awesome. He was so great im teaching the course. He made the course so much fun but at the same time very educational. He makes sure you fully understand every step before moving on to the next. He is very patient and answer all your questions. I highly recommend Juan and RGV CPR & First Aid!
Mr. Urquiza is a great instructor. He really takes the time to let you ask questions and makes sure you understand the material. Has such a great personality and keeps the class entertaining. Definitely recommend him as an instructor :)

This was my first time doing my CPR recertification with Edgar, and I have to admit that his class was better than all the CPR courses I've taken before. Edgar was very knowledgeable, and his attention to detail is like no other. I will definitely be coming back to him for recertification, and I will recommend him to all of my colleagues.
This is my second time taking the course with Edgar, both times were very informative, and were great to help refresh my memory on things I had forgotten. He also stays very current with all the changes that have been made, and makes sure his students are aware of them as well. I have recommended his class to fellow nurses and will continue to do so. I'll keep coming back as long as he keeps teaching.
