TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. RGS is the most overrated, unprofessional and expensive title company in DC. I've been forced to use them too many times, and it's never happening again.
They are proficient and make the closing seamless! Daniella and Carol go the extra mile!! Highly recommend!!
Terrible experience with the D.C. Branch of this tittle company. My wife was selling her condo, and this tittle company went into closing the deal without informing my wife (the seller) about the closing date..... Are you kidding me?? When we call to complain, the representative didn't even apologize. We had to threaten to stop the whole process and finally they gave us the documents to review before closing.
