Purchased a groupon for a first time visit to this location. Completely disappointed, the stylist had overbooked, so she recheduled me for an hour later while she worked with the other customer she had overbooked. I waited for an hour and a half, and still left without receiving ANY services. I scheduled this appointment for a special occasion, however, the stylist was booked up for the remainder of the week so I have to go elsewhere. A complete waste of time!
