the test rides and ATMOSPHERE
We had a few bumps in the road at no fault to RG. How we handled it was like a typical frustrated customer which we actually do not like to be. Mike in service was kind and patient and kept the bridge gapped with communication. We owe him an apology that we don’t know if we can express enough. His actions were honorable despite our attitudes. Not sure if Mike gets many apologies from frustrated customers but again, we are sorry and thank you for taking care of us.
