The service department did not use the correct size air filter when they serviced our side by side. The mistake caused alot of damage. After a struggle to get them to "fix' it, I still am not satisfied. Now they, Mike nor Mark will return a response to my email. With multiple quads (past and future) I will not be doing business with RG in the future and will encourage others to be aware when dealing with RG. A simple response is not only expected customer service but it also goes a long ways...

Very quick when I bought my Pioneer side by side. Many phone calls were made between businesses to make sure I got the best deal I could get. RG played ball and won my business. When going back for my first oil changing kit, they took time to show me where all the parts were on the machine and gave solid recommendations on how to take care of my machine to make it lasts.
big shout out out for the 2019 CRF 250R that Brad at RG helped me to bring home! I was very doubtful that id get it but Brad made it happen. I will be doing future business and all my business through RG!
