Awful customer service. They used to be very kind and helpful until management switched hands. Now I wouldn’t recommend Camelback North to anyone. If you do decide to take the risk, make sure you have working fans in the restroom, check your windows for moisture periodically, and double check with management if the unit you are viewing has had problems with moisture in the past. Make sure you document with management. Otherwise expect to pay for clean up and the headaches.

My husband and I lived in the Monarch building for a little over a year. And we absolutely loved our apartment. The onsite property manager (Dona) was a complete delight. She was super responsive whenever we had questions or had any issues. I would definitely recommend renting from RGHill.
