It was the worst experience ever had to deal with they were rude and unhelpful, i had click and collect item and they tried to give me another item when I told them that's not what i ordered so then they tried to sell me a different item again. When I told them I just want a refund they got shitty and even more ruder.
Had to buy a fridge at short notice due to my main fridge failing, not shopped here before but wanted to check if they had stock before the other big chains. I do live fairly close as well and could pick it up and manhandle the fridge myself. Called them up, spoke to Joe (?), super friendly and accommodating. Needed to check stock and said he would call back. He certainly did after 5-10mins and we sorted out the purchase and delivery (same day, within a few hours of my call). Fantastic service. Ordered a washing machine at 9:30, it was delivered 2 hours later. Will definitely shop here again.
