I paid my rent on time and in return I got great service from Rezna. She treated me with respect and attended to any of my concerns very promptly. Wost property management if ever rented from. Do not recommend anyone to go through them. Crappy repairs, unprofessional, and rude people.
I own 22 properties, and Rezone manages all of them for me for the past 3 years. So far I'm happy with them. They save me money by giving me the option to make my own repairs versus most other management companies who will take care of the a lousy repair and than charge me extraordinary fees for them. I'm glad I decided to go with Rezone. They are fair with both owners and tenants. Thank you Rezone, I wish I knew you before
