I’ve been to Reynold’s Subaru for service, detailing and to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. All interactions with this dealership have been extremely positive! Service is fair and respectful. When I had my vehicle detailed I almost didn’t recognize it... it looked brand new! When my step-daughter was in need of a pre-owned vehicle quickly Bobbie, in sales, found the right vehicle for us and helped us through the purchase easily even though we were time crunched and not purchasing their most expensive vehicle by far. I just bought a new Subaru at Reynold's and the people were knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. I will definitely recommend them to others without hesitation. I do not enjoy car shopping, but this was a much better experience than I've had in the past.
Compared to many other Subaru dealerships I’ve been to for parts or service I have not found a more professional and courteous staff. Everyone makes sure they say hello and ask if you need help most places employees wouldn’t bat a eye or ask if you need help. Thank you Reynolds staff.
Easily the least painful car buying experience I've ever had. Great selection, great prices, great facility, and a friendly dog on site. What else could you ask for?
Reynolds Subaru made my car buying decision easy. Bobbi was super accommodating and made sure I was happy every step of the way. Bobbi made sure I knew the ins and outs before I hit the road. She extended an offer to call her anytime with questions I may have. Also, this dealership is super kid friendly has a nice playroom for the little ones and an adorable mascot (dog), which thoroughly entertained my little one.
Now I have to find excuses to come in and sit on the deck on the cove........
My husband and I went to Reynolds Subaru to check out the cars. What a pleasant surprise! Our sales rep, Bobbi, was the best! Very knowledgeable, and just wonderful to deal with. She helped us find the perfect car and we couldn’t be happier! And what a beautiful showroom. Looking forward for my first oil change to sit out on the deck and enjoy the view!
