Excellent brand and product. We’ve owned 6. Reynolds’s is not your typical dealership that has obnoxious ads with crazy behavior such as terrible singing or gimmicks that are humiliating. They are professional and act dignified without being snobs.

Sandy worked with me for almost a year, starting when I had no money down and couldn't really find what I wanted. Every time I reached out she was happy to talk with me and help. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago and I walked out with my dream car and a payment lower than what I said I could afford. I couldn't be happier with Reynolds, legit. Also, their dog is the most cute!

I just bought my second Subaru from Hayden and the Reynolds team. I like the fact that they are family run and they give back to the community. I have had nothing but positive experiences with them and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.
I love the staff at Reynolds they are amazing I have purchased 2 cars from them. The staff is always professional, friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. My husband and myself always feel taken care of on all levels to the point that we will make a trip to Old Lyme to to see the staff they make us feel like family!! We have referred two friends one purchased a cross track and the other friend will purchase in the spring of 2019.. I love the staff and plan to purchase my next car from them in the future
