Amazing!! Hands down the best customer service we've ever had at a car dealership! Staff members went above and beyond, all very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! We brought along our 2 year old twins and the staff was so gracious to offer our girls snacks and toys to play with during our visit. Horrible. The owner did not want to negotiate at all. Said he had to pay for lights in building. I never saw any dealership act that way. So, I should overpay so they can make a lot of profit? Small town monopoly trying to take advantage of people. No thanks. Left immediately. Holmgren Subaru had no problem giving a reasonable price.
Reynolds Subaru Cost me money. I has for a new battery 2 years ago. It died the other day. Cost me 150 to replace it. Joe Barlow said they did put a new battery in when I drove away. What a lying &*^%$#. I think the kids are just after the money not service and the truth.
Reynolds Subaru is the best. When I purchased my brand new 2016 Forester there was something different. There was no pressure from the sales team. I came prepared, and Reynolds Subaru delivered. They didn't have that car I wanted in stock, so they found it and added additional features I wanted. Love my new Subaru. One more thing. I recently took my car in for a service check. Another great experience. I highly recommend Reynolds Subaru to anyone who wants a dealership that works you and listens to you.
We had been to several dealers,but when we came to see Sandy at Reynolds we were in sort of (I don't believe what we"re seeing).An offer of coffee or tea and seating,and then we see a friendly dog napping on it's bed,at that very moment we were relaxed.
