We had used Reynolds Pest Management for 7 years now. We've had good experiences, generally, from the field technicians. We've had an issue or two, in the past, but those were generally dealt with quickly, and to our satisfaction. This past year, however, has been a difficult one for us. Every month, we get an angry phone call, from the office manager, demanding payment for their services.
