Was told the dentist only takes X-rays if he sees something wrong. My children are under 10 years old. Cleaning was hurried and messy. This was after he had cancelled on me twice.
I had my appointment today and have never been unhappier with a cleaning. First, I almost was tempted to leave the appointment after I walked in the cleaning room. The room is very old and dingy. The equipment is old. The tiles is the ceiling are misplaced and the panels on the wall are falling off. Where the garbage sits there are splatters of garbage juice on the wall. It over all just looks old. It's not the light and bright dental office that I am used to. Harry R. Reynolds D.M.D. was my dentist. He was nice and friendly... read more
