Was serviced by Arturo (+1 602-327-8735) to replace an air conditioner. Have never had such a bad service experience in my life. Arrived at 6:30 in the morning after saying "5 on Wednesday," took out the compressor, left for three hours because he forgot a ladder. After installation, no cold air is blowing through the vent, but he insists that it's installed correctly. Power goes out shortly after until the main breaker is reset.
