Avoid if you don't want your time wasted. Ramon wasted our entire afternoon yanking our chain for absolutely nothing. Spent an hour to get there, on time for the viewing, to wait a total of an hour and fifteen minutes for somebody to show up. Mind you, not Ramon, but somebody else he dragged out in his place - since he clearly had forgotten about the appointment.
