This was my first time at Millhopper Family Dental Practice. The staff was warm and inviting. The precautions due to Covid were comprehensive. They were helpful with insurance questions. The dentist Dr. Alecia McDonald was so kind. She was the first dentist that did not try to upsale me. The assistant (Lisa) that took my Xrays was patient and even had to retake a couple of views due to me moving. The dental hygienist (Traci) was awesome. This was my first time here & I was very impressed. All of the clinicians were friendly & took the time to talk to me & listen. It’s a busy practice but I didn’t feel rushed. Dr Knopff spent at least 20 minutes going over my dental history & was excellent at explaining what the current status is of my dental care. Fortunately, all is in good shape & I won’t need another appt for about 6 mos. I’ll be returning here for future exams. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience.
The customer service I received was A+ from start to finish. Check-in was easy as a new patient, x-rays were quick and thorough, cleaning was painless, the assistant was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Knopf was the BEST dentist I have been to (and I've been to a lot) because he was gentle, understanding, thorough and took his time with me. I didn't feel rushed and he made me feel like I was the only patient. I highly recommend this office!
You always take the time to show patience and kindness to my children when we come in for visits. Miranda is remarkable along with all the Dentist that work with her. Our youngest comes in talking up a storm, no fear in the world. Your job is hard and you make is easy for the patients, Thank you

Addie is such a great hygienist. She is very thorough while being gentle and respectful the whole time. The process of getting in and out is also a pleasure. Overall a great experience.
