I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Felix Gutierrez and Rey Realty due to an ongoing issue with an escrow deposit. Felix, acting as the escrow agent, has held my $15,000 deposit for months related to a property transaction in Dracut, MA. According to the Purchase and Sale Agreement, the deposit should have been returned once the seller failed to perfect the title.
