1st) Thank you, Rexroad. 2nd) My issue. MON had a power shortage at my home, which blew the control panel on my oil furnace. I use my oil furnace on the really cold days of winter as a helper for our electric furnace. Made the call, I got Gary. Amazing guy from the very start. I knew nothing about my furnace before he arrived at my home. He explained everything and confirmed what I thought was the issue. The only reason they got an extra star is because they did show up on time. Once there, the repairman checked the heat pump that was making awful noises and said everything was "normal" even though it wasn't operating like the same unit sitting next to it. I pointed out that the thermostat wasn't reading the outside temp and he said "oh.. yea it must be the sensor went out", but then he couldn't find the sensor (made almost not attempt) and said I had to replace the thermostat.
