RecommendedI didn't think they would have much that would be keto friendly so I almost didn't stop, but I did. Josh showed me some bars, and even when I questioned the total net carbs on the bars, he researched quick to double check. Then as I told him why I was looking for the bars, he also showed me keto friendly mini pizzas for another option and cookie too. Plus, he gave me a sample of a keto friendly shake.
