Dr. Lutz and his team are so friendly. I had knee replacement surgery and there were a couple of holes that didn't heal correctly. Dr. Lutz's team order the necessary supplies that I needed (delivered to my house!). They are happy to answer all of my questions. I've never felt rushed when I'm there and the wait times are pretty short. This is a great place to go for wound care. I strongly recommend.
Called at 1130 today. Spoke with Michelle at she was great and got me in at 230
I required out-of-state surgery for lipedema, as no providers in NC perform this procedure. My board-certified surgeon in Atlanta advised me to establish local wound care for expected post-surgical issues like seromas, which often require repeated drainage. This place needs to be shut down!!! Currently sitting in the Emergency Department (on the insistence of primary doctor) with my Mother in Law. Due to the negligence and dismissiveness of the providers of this clinic. She has been dealing with an open wound for MONTHS and they’ve done nothing but make it worse and now it’s so infected it requires IV antibiotics because oral won’t take care of the problem now.
