Called for an appointment, waited for two hours in the call, still not able to get connected to a representative
This woman has no personality and is always talkin on the defensive. Enter at your own risk. I will never go back
Five attempts to contact. left several messages and still no answer
The office staff and nurses who are responsible for responding to patient questions and following up on phone calls are extremely slow in getting back to you-- to the point of medical negligence. I have spent more than three weeks trying to clarify confusion with one prescription and still do not have an answer. Terrible! They seemed skeptical my boyfriend had breathing issues because there wasn't an obvious cause (hence, why we were seeing a "specialist"). Then, instead of receiving a bill in the mail (or a phone call, or an email, or any contact whatsoever) we get a letter from a debt collection agency months later. They sold the debt instead of sending us a bill. Now we have to deal with a debt agency. Horrible experience.
