Rex has been easy to work with, and thorough from showings through paperwork, to my recent move in. Alexis has been an enthusiastic and efficient help in looking at properties, providing information, and welcoming me to my new place. Further, on my first visit, I noticed two small maintenance needs and they were corrected before the next time I came by to move things in.
Rex answered my maintenance requests promptly and sent someone to repair said requests the next day. They were extremely polite and went above and beyond to make sure I was living in an apartment that suited mine and their standards.
Adelle, was incredibly helpful and patient. We enjoyed working with her to find our perfect first home. She listened to all of our needs and feedback regarding the homes we toured. She shared in our excitement and continues to keep in touch.
Recently moved into an apartment downtown. Filled out a maintenance request late one night and it was fulfilled the next morning. Staff even followed up to make sure the issue was taken care of.
