The billing office for Rex Labs in Cary is HORRIBLE. I have been trying for 1 year to get a $44 refund for an overpayment. You can’t speak to anyone in this country. They continuously lie to me saying a check has been issued and I will receive it shortly. If I could give them no stars, I would. Katherine T
As usual, these excellent healthcare workers took great care of me. There was no wait, they explained everything and were extremely polite and professional. Rex Lab of Cary is my go-to spot for any time I need lab services.
I received my bill for routine lab services (as expected). What I wasn't expecting was to also receive a $100 bill from the pathologist for supervising the labs. I will not use the Rex Laboratory Services any longer when my family visits our primary care physician at Rex of Holly Springs. I'm infuriated by surprise charges and will go back to using Lab Corp that never charged for anything other than the lab tests.
